Foodservice Ventilation Consultants will work with developers, architects, clients and consultants to prepare;

  • The overall ventilation strategy for projects with catering facilities.
  • Provide preliminary M&E service details and space requirements.
  • Prepare budget cost proposals.

As the project progresses we will prepare;

  • Detailed designs of kitchen ventilation system including the specification of Ultra-Violet technology and smoke and odour control where required.
  • Fully detailed M&E service requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with foodservice consultant on compatibility with kitchen design.
  • Budget finalisation and tender preparation.
  • Attend co-ordination meetings with the rest of the design team.
  • Advise on fire protection systems.
