Foodservice Ventilation Consultants will work with developers, architects, clients and consultants to prepare;
- The overall ventilation strategy for projects with catering facilities.
- Provide preliminary M&E service details and space requirements.
- Prepare budget cost proposals.
As the project progresses we will prepare;
- Detailed designs of kitchen ventilation system including the specification of Ultra-Violet technology and smoke and odour control where required.
- Fully detailed M&E service requirements.
- Co-ordinate with foodservice consultant on compatibility with kitchen design.
- Budget finalisation and tender preparation.
- Attend co-ordination meetings with the rest of the design team.
- Advise on fire protection systems.
